The Telšiai exhibition hall and Art Centre are housed on the premises of the former cinema-theatre Spalis. The exhibition hall offers educational programmes which provide opportunities for the promotion and development of artistic activities among children and young people, for better understanding of art and culture phenomena, the national ethnic and aesthetic values. Organizes music and literary soirées, get-togethers, presentations, exhibitions–sales.
